You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Additional information

How we protect your data

This website is backed up daily to a secure site. That backup contains all the data stored on this website. The Website itself is protected by Wordfence security software. It is not possible for strangers to register for a login on this site – that facility has been removed. The only people who should be able to log in to this website are members of the club.

Please advise someone on the committee if you believe your account has been compromised, or you spot anything suspicious while using the website.

What data breach procedures we have in place

No website is safe from a data breach. However this usually happens because someone with genuine access has their computer compromised and gives away their login details for the website. This is why it is essential to notify someone on the committee if you even suspect your computer has been attacked.

If the site IS attacked we will simply close it down and restore the site from a previous days backup, but forcing everyone to change their password. If this happens Data entered into the website just before the breach may be lost.

If we suspect the website has been compromised we will notify all members as soon as the problem is detected.
